How ChaskaBox orders work
1. Compare the packs
Choose the listed quantity and current price. Review quantities and checkout totals.
2. Place your order
Enter delivery details and select an available payment method. Delivery charges and eligible prepaid delivery offers are calculated at checkout.
3. Sourcing and payment review
Products are sourced after an order. This is not a promise of warehouse stock. If a pack is unavailable, the team contacts you before a substitution. JazzCash and bank transfers require actual verification; uploading evidence alone does not confirm receipt of funds.
4. Follow your delivery
The current estimated window is 4–7 days in Pakistan. Use order tracking and read the shipping policy.
5. Get help
Contact the team with your order reference. The refund and resolution policy explains the process. A request or admin note does not itself mean money has been refunded.
